Close-up of facial lines

If you've ever felt:

Fine lines between your brows or across your forehead have started to stick around, even when your face is relaxed.

You want a subtle refresh, not a frozen face — and you need a provider who understands the difference.

You look tired or angry in photos even when you're not.

Tox softens expression lines at the source. Small, strategic doses relax the muscles that cause wrinkles — so you look like yourself, just more rested.

Ready for a Subtle Refresh?

Is Tox right for you?

Who is a good candidate for Tox?

  • Adults 18+ with dynamic expression lines (forehead, glabella, crow's feet) that are starting to linger at rest
  • Anyone seeking a subtle, natural-looking refresh — not a frozen or overdone appearance
  • Patients who've had tox before and want consistent, ongoing maintenance every 3–4 months
  • People interested in preventive treatment before lines become permanently etched

Who should avoid tox?

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals — neurotoxins are not recommended during pregnancy or lactation
  • Anyone with a known allergy to botulinum toxin or any of its ingredients
  • Patients with active skin infection, inflammation, or open wounds at the planned injection site
  • Those with neuromuscular conditions (e.g., ALS, myasthenia gravis) — discuss with your provider first

Tox FAQs

All three are FDA-approved neurotoxins that temporarily relax the muscles that cause wrinkles. Dysport tends to spread slightly more, Xeomin is the 'cleanest' formulation (no additives), and Botox is the most studied. Your provider will recommend the best option for your goals.

Most patients describe the injections as a quick pinch. A topical numbing cream or ice can be applied if you're sensitive.

Typically 3–4 months. With consistent treatment, some patients find the effect lasts longer over time as muscles retrain themselves to relax.

Absolutely not when dosed correctly. Our providers prioritize natural movement — you'll still make expressions, just without the lines.

None. You can return to normal activities immediately. Avoid rubbing the area or lying flat for 4 hours post-treatment.

No. Neurotoxin injections are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. If you're planning to become pregnant, discuss timing with your provider.

Tox relaxes the muscles that create dynamic lines (like forehead creases or crow's feet). Filler adds or restores volume — it addresses hollows, folds, and static lines. Many patients benefit from both, but they work through entirely different mechanisms.

There's no universal age. Many patients start in their late 20s or early 30s for prevention; others begin in their 40s or 50s to treat existing lines. The right time is when the lines bother you — your provider will help you assess.
