I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner who believes that wellness starts with caring for both body and mind. I have a passion for pediatrics, dermatology, skin cancer prevention, and helping people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin through thoughtful cosmetic treatments and skincare.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me outside—training for a triathlon, climbing rocks, bikepacking, getting my hands dirty in the garden, wandering the trails with my dog and partner, or curled up with a good book. I believe in slowing down, staying curious, chasing adventures, and finding joy in the little things.
