Deena Lilley is a board certified nurse practitioner with nearly 20 years of clinical experience.
Her background is rooted in surgery, with years spent caring for patients both at the bedside and in the operating room as a first assist. That foundation continues to shape her work, with a strong emphasis on safety, precision, and thoughtful care.
She now practices aesthetic medicine, with experience in neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, microneedling, prescription weight loss, and medical grade skincare. Deena values staying current on evidence based science, emerging research, and evolving best practices.
Education and collaboration are central to her approach. She believes the best outcomes come from meeting patients where they are, leading with education, and creating personalized plans that feel realistic and sustainable.

Deena holds an Engineering degree from NC State, a Nursing degree from UNC Chapel Hill, and Master’s in Nursing from the University of South Alabama as a nurse practitioner. She considers herself proudly a house divided and loves cheering on Wolfpack football and Tar Heel basketball.
