This Skin Clique Holiday Giveaway Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs participation in the Skin Clique Holiday Giveaway (“Giveaway”), sponsored by The Skin Clique (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Sponsor’s Terms & Conditions (https://www.skinclique.com/terms-and-conditions), and the Privacy Policy (https://www.skinclique.com/privacy-policy).

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry (“Participant”). Residents of California, New York, Rhode Island, and Florida are not eligible due to state-level sweepstakes restrictions. Employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of Sponsor and their immediate families/households are not eligible. Void where prohibited. Medical eligibility is required for entry.

2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins November 27, 2025 at 12:00 AM CT and ends December 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT.

3. HOW TO ENTER

‍

A. Purchase Entry

Participants who make a qualifying skincare product purchase of $500 or more in a single order via the Skin Clique website at shop.skinclique.com or through a Skin Clique provider during the Giveaway Period will receive ten (10) entries. Each additional purchase of $50 will receive an additional one (1) entry. Each shall be weighted equally.

B. No Purchase Necessary Entry (“NPNE”)

Participants may enter once by completing the NPNE form with their name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and full mailing address. Each applicant is limited to one (1) NPNE entry.

4. CONSENT TO CONTACT

By entering, participants consent to being contacted via email and SMS for winner notification, identity verification, and prize fulfillment. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent is required for entry.

5. OPTIONAL MARKETING CONSENT

Participants may optionally opt-in to promotional SMS and email messages. Message frequency varies.

‍

6. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. All eligible entries are weighted equally.

7. WINNER SELECTION

Five (5) winners will be selected at random on December 2, 2025.

‍

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winner(s) will be notified by email and SMS by December 3, 2025, and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. Sponsor may require identity verification and a liability and / or publicity release.

9. PRIZE

A licensed medical provider will administer up to seventy-five (75) units of Xeomin (“prize”) to the winner(s), redeemable during a single Skin Clique appointment. Prize cannot be split, is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be used, bargained, or exchanged for other services or products. Medical eligibility is required.

10. PUBLICITY

Where permitted, winner(s) grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, image, and statements for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. PRIVACY

This Giveaway is governed by the terms of the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise permitted by this Agreement, Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, or Sponsor’s Terms & Conditions, collected information will be used solely for Giveaway administration, and for marketing if optional consent is provided.

12. RELEASE and LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

As a condition of entry into the Giveaway and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Participant hereby waives, releases, and forever discharges the Skin Clique, LLC, its parent(s), affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related to this Giveaway, including, but not limited to, technical issues with the Giveaway, bodily injury, death, or property damage.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by events outside its control including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, and/or acts of God.

14. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor may disqualify fraudulent entries and reserves the right to modify or terminate the Giveaway if system integrity is compromised.

‍

15. DISPUTES

Any and all disputes shall be governed by South Carolina law and will be resolved in accordance with the Sponsor’s Terms & Conditions.
