A 5x NYC salon owner and Licensed NY State Cosmetology and Esthetic Instructor, she has dedicated her career to the intersection of clinical excellence and skin health. From her time at Elizabeth Arden’s Red Door Spa to serving as Director of Education & Sales for NaturaverdePro—where she trained over 5,000+ professionals globally—Elise brings an unmatched level of expertise to her clients.

As the Founder of The Beauty Dealers - Pro Beauty and Co-Founder of Wave Wellness & Aesthetics RBNY, Elise specializes in bridging the gap between luxury service and medical-grade results. Her approach is rooted in science and customization, combining mastery in clinical facials, chemical peels, full body hair removal and brow & lash artistry with a deep understanding of medical-grade skincare.

Beyond the Treatment Room Elise is a passionate advocate for the esthetics community, she shares her knowledge through masterclasses and her digital platforms. Outside of work, she loves cooking and spending time with her husband and large extended family. An avid traveler, she has explored over 40 states and 25 countries.
