NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

2025 Skin Clique Before and After Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of 50 U.S. and D.C. (“Eligibility Area”), who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Void outside the Eligibility Area and where prohibited by law. Employees of The Skin Clique, LLC (the “Sponsor”), and their respective subsidiaries, parent, divisions, franchisees, promotional partners, agencies, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Sweepstakes Parties”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee, are not eligible to participate or win/receive an offer. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules.‍

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on May 27, 2025 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on June 10, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

3. How to Enter

There is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to participate. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

During the Sweepstakes Period, Skin Clique will post on Instagram (an “Instagram Post”) in relation to the Sweepstakes to share the Sweepstakes period has begun. Users can share on the Instagram profiles a Before and After photo of their aesthetic services performed by a Skin Clique provider and/or skincare results from products purchased from Skin Clique.

The individual must do all of the following to enter:

1. Follow the @theskinclique Instagram account
2. Follow their Skin Clique provider’s Instagram account
3. Submit before and after photos via the form and provide details on what services and/or skincare gave them these results.

All of these steps must be completed in entirety in order to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Entry”). If you do not have an Instagram account, you can create one for free here.

To receive an additional entry (only eligible if the first entry has been submitted), the individual must do the following:

• Share their before & after photo on Instagram story and tag @theskinclique Instagram account

Limit one (2) Entries per Entrant during the Sweepstakes Period.‍

4. Prizes & Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

3 prizes will be given out at the end of the Sweepstakes Period. These prizes are each a $300 gift card to use on skincare purchases via your Skin Clique provider for skincare products offered for sale at time of redemption from Skin Clique. Gift cards expire 1 year (365 days) after issued to winners. Maximum ARV is $300 USD. All prize details, including delivery are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor will substitute a prize or portion of equal or greater retail value in its sole discretion. In the event the prize is valued at less than the stated maximum ARV, winner will not receive any additional compensation. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a prize is permitted except Sponsor may substitute prize in whole or in part for one of comparable or greater retail value for any reason. Resale of prize is prohibited. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of winners.‍

5. Random Drawings/Odds

There will be three (3) winners selected in total in separate random drawings on or about the Monday (or next business day for any Monday holidays) following the Sweepstakes Period. Drawings will be conducted by the company randomly and decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the drawings. Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible Entries received by the end of the Sweepstakes Period.‍

6. Winner Notification

The potential winners will be contacted via the Instagram profile they used to enter The Sweepstakes. Notifications will come via direct message from @theskinclique Instagram profile. They will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and except where prohibited, publicity release (“Declaration”) within forty-eight (48) hours of notification in order to be confirmed as a winner. If a potential winner fails to return the completed Declaration within forty-eight (48) hours, Declaration is returned as undeliverable, Entrant shall be deemed to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner will be selected for the applicable prize. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. If an Entrant is disqualified for one of the reasons mentioned above and an alternate is selected, the alternate must complete and return the required documents in the timeframe specified. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected. Prizes will be sent electronically to winners to an email of their choosing. Sponsor/Administrator are not responsible for any delivery issues, including, but not limited to, delays.

7. Conditions and Release

By participating, each Entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions; (b) receive any notices and other communications related to the Sweepstakes electronically; (c) release and hold harmless the Released Sweepstakes Parties, and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s Entry, creation of an Entry or submission of an Entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of Entry; and (d) indemnify, defend and hold harmless Released Sweepstakes Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Entrant’s acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded due acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this Sweepstakes in any way shall be disqualified. A purchase does not increase odds of winning.‍

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to Sponsor and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice for promotion, advertising, marketing, and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further notice, payment or consideration.

9. Limitations of Liability

Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Released Sweepstakes Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the Website or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes or the Website or any websites included in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, printers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the Website/participating websites or the processing of Entries; (e) late, lost, or undeliverable email; (f) any defect in a prize or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes or use the Website/any website or use a prize, or (g) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, the receipt, acceptance, delivery, possession, use or misuse of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Sweepstakes Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes and in no event shall the Released Sweepstakes Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. If, for any reason, an Entrant’s Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Entrant’s sole remedy is another Entry in this Sweepstakes (time-permitting), if it is possible in the Sponsor’s or the Administrator’s sole discretion. These Official Rules prevail should there be any conflict or uncertainty relating to the Sweepstakes based on information or advice provided by any of the Released Sweepstakes Parties.‍

10. General Rule

By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Any normal Internet/phone access and data/usage charges imposed by Entrants’ online/phone service will apply and are Entrants’ sole responsibility. Sponsor is not responsible for any compatibility issues with Entrant's device/browser used for Entry. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive accounts may be disqualified. No information regarding Entries, other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules or on the Website, will be disclosed. Sponsor and the other Released Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connection; miscommunications; failed phone or computer or telephone transmissions; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions; late, lost, incomplete, delayed, or misdirected Entries; or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic.

11. Privacy Policy

Information collected by Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor and shared with third parties involved in administration of the Sweepstakes in accordance with the Sponsor’s online Privacy Policy posted here. The Entrant hereby agrees to the collection, processing and storage of his/her personal data by Sponsor for the purposes of the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat. You understand that you are providing your information to Skin Clique and not to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat. The information you provide will only be used in connection with this Sweepstakes or in connection with promotional or other activities of Skin Clique.
