2026 Gift Card Giveaway Agreement

This Skin Clique Gift Card Giveaway Agreement (the“Agreement”) governs participation in the Skin Clique Giveaway (“Giveaway”), sponsored by The Skin Clique (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Sponsor’s Website Terms of Use (https://www.skinclique.com/terms-and-conditions),and the Privacy Policy (https://www.skinclique.com/privacy-policy). In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Website Terms of Use, this Agreement will control. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding inall matters related to the Giveaway.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, excluding residents of California, New York, Rhode Island, and Florida. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. All entrants (each,an “Entrant”) must meet medical eligibility as determined by a licensed medical provider.
2. GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins February 6th, 2026, at 12:00 AM CT and ends February 28th, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT (the “Giveaway Period”).
3. HOW TO ENTER
A. Purchase Entry
During the Giveaway, an eligible Entrant who completes a neurotoxin appointment with a Skin Clique provider between February 1, 2026 and February 28, 2026 and receives greater than 11 units of Xeomin or greater than 26 units of Dysport will receive ten (10) entries. All training appointments are excluded from this giveaway. Qualifying appointments will be determined basedon the date of the completed appointment. Invoices must be paid in full by February 28, 2026, to qualify. Entrants with multiple qualifying appointments in the same period will not receive extra entries for subsequent appointments.
Each entry shall be weighted equally.
B. No Purchase Necessary Entry
To enter without making a purchase, an Entrant may complete Sponsor’s no-purchase entry form (“NPNE”) to receive one (1) entry. The NPNE must include the Entrant’s name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and full mailing address. Each Entrant is limited to one (1) NPNE entry.
C. Entry Conditions
Entries that are incomplete, late, duplicated beyond stated limits, generated by automated means, or that otherwise violate this agreement are void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor’s clock is the official time keeping device for the Giveaway.
4. CONSENT TO CONTACT
By entering, Entrant consents to being contacted via emailand SMS/text communications relating to the administration of the Giveaway, including but not limited to entry confirmations, winner notifications andrequests for information necessary to verify eligibility and facilitate prize fulfillment. Standard message and data rates may apply. Entrant may opt out of administrative SMS communications at any time by replying STOP; however, opting out may impact Sponsor’s ability to contact a potential winner and may result in disqualification if Sponsor cannot make contact in the required timeframes.
5. OPTIONAL MARKETING CONSENT
Entrant may separately opt-in to receive promotional SMS and email messages from Sponsor regarding products, services and special offers. Consent to receive promotional messages is optional and not a condition of entry. Entrant may revoke promotional consent at any time by following the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided in such communications.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. All eligible entries are weighted equally.
7. WINNER SELECTION
On or about March 2, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries receive to select five (5) potential winners. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners by email and/or SMS by March 2nd, 2026, using thecontact information provided at entry. Each potential winner must respond within 48 hours of the time the notificationis sent. Failure to timely respond, failure to provide required documentation,or failure to meet eligibility or medical suitability requirements may resultin disqualification and selection of an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
9. PRIZE
Each winner will receive a $500 gift card (the “Prize”) to be used at The Skin Clique. The Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Medical eligibility is required.
10. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway and acceptance of a Prize constitute each winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, likeness, image and statements for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without additional notice, approval, or compensation.
11. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entrant acknowledges and agrees to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
12. RELEASE and LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Skin Clique, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents (“Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or any Giveaway-related activity, the use or misuse of any Prize, or any breach of this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention; (d) printing, typographical, or other errors; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property arising from participation or prize use. In no event shall Released Parties be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages; in such jurisdictions, the foregoing limitations may not apply to the extent prohibited by law.
13. FORCE MAJEURE
Sponsor is not responsible for delays caused by events outside its control including natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, and/or acts of God. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if any such cause corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
14. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates this Agreement, and to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time in order to protect the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If the Giveaway is terminated before the end of the Giveaway Period, Sponsor may, in its discretion, award the Prizes in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspectentries received as of the termination date. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
15. DISPUTES
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that any and all claims, disputes, or controversies arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina, and Entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection based on forum non conveniens.

17.WINNERS

18.MISCELLANEOUS
18.1 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The words “include”and “including” are deemed to be followed by without limitation.
18.2 In the event of a conflict between any promotional materials and this Agreement, this Agreement controls.
18.3 If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be illegal, invalid, orunenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
