Is my contract negotiable?
Do Skin Clique providers have any contradictions working at their other full-time/part-time employment? Is there a conflict of interest?
Are collaborating physicians provided?
How long does it take before I see my reimbursement payment?
My effective date on my contract is not accurate, does this need to be fixed?
Can you clarify section 2.4?
Section 7.10 refers to "Digital and Social Media". Does this mean any social media accounts and password belong to Skin Clique?
It is mentioned that referring to other specialists is sometimes needed, do you have an example of when that may be appropriate?
Will I be prescribing?
Since this is a 1099, how do we obtain tax information? Do I need an LLC?
Is there a contingency plan in place for the EMR in the event of a system failure?

Is there an initial grace period before I am required to meet the minimum tox patients per month?

Training & Learning
My 90-day contract deadline expires before my selected training day, am I still eligible to attend?
Is my training deposit refundable?
